Can I sign up using my own affiliate link?

No. Self-referrals are prohibited. The aim of our Authorized Reseller program is to encourage affiliates and brand ambassadors to spread the word about our product, not to get discounts. Attempts to get credit for your own purchase will result in termination of your affiliate and user account.

Can I sign up on behalf of my clients?

What's the lifetime of the affiliate cookie?

The affiliate cookie life is 30 days. If a user purchases the product past 30 days from the first referred visit, the conversion won’t be tracked anymore.

When will my payment be released?

You qualify for payment release after a net 30 day from billing day and/or commissions exceed $100.

How long does it take to get approved as an Authorized Reseller?

We do not accept all applications to be affiliates. Increase your chances by filling out all answers such as including your LinkedIn and website.

Any restriction on how I market?

The best kind of affiliate marketing is authentic recommendations to an audience familiar with you. When you become an Authorized reseller, you’ll get access to a marketing swipe file full of videos, ads, emails, and social media posts to share.

If you are running paid search campaigns, the only targeting restriction is you are not allowed to bid on branded keyword search terms such as “Excelify” and “Excelify Pricing”.

Do not impersonate Excelify or try and trick people into thinking your company is Excelify.ai. If you do, you will receive a cease and desist letter and be removed from our Authorized Resellers program.
